FEES & PAYMENT METHODS

General Notary Services:

In-Person = There is a $15.00 minimum* for all appointments. Prices vary in accordance with distance traveled, pages printed (if applicable), total number of notarizations performed, and any additional miscellaneous fees incurred (e.g. parking fees, tolls, etc.). Payments are to be made at the signing and acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, cash, checks, and payment apps (PayPal, Venmo, & Cash App).

Online = There is a $30.00 minimum** for all appointments. Prices vary in accordance with the number of signers and total notarizations performed. Payment is to be made upfront to secure session (non-refundable) and acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, cash, checks, and payment apps (PayPal, Venmo, & Cash App).

Notary/Loan Signing Agent Services:
Prices vary in accordance with numbers of pages, total notarizations performed, and distance traveled. Please contact us for a quote.

Other Services:
- Fingerprinting = $30.00 for the 1st fingerprint card and $15.00 each additional card.
- Field Inspection = $20.00 minimum.
- I-9 Verification = $10.00 minimum.
- Courier (document drop-off) = $5.00 minimum.
- Explanation of Documents = varies on page number (contact us for a quote).

NOTE: mileage fee applies to "Other Services" in which distance traveled is greater than 10 miles.

Discounts:
There is a 10% discount on all services for teachers, doctors, nurses, military personnel (active or inactive), and first responders (paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, and police officers). Customer is responsible of informing us of their eligibility. Please make sure you are able to provide valid credentials as verification. Discount only valid on the day service(s) was provided. Discount limited to one ( 1 ) use per day.

* The minimum of $15.00 for in-person service only applies to General Notary Services & Notary/Loan Signing Agent Services which had:
(1) Less than 10 miles of distance traveled;
(2) Required 0 prints/copies from Mota-Gil’s Mobile Notary;
(3) Only 1 notarization performed; and
(4) Only 1 signer.

** The minimum of $30.00 for online service only applies to General Notary Services & Notary/Loan Signing Agent Services which had:
( 1 ) 1 signer; and
( 2 ) 1 notary seal;
