FEES & PAYMENT METHODS

General Notary Services:

A $15.00 minimum applies to all appointments. Final costs vary based on travel distance, pages printed, number of notarizations, and any additional fees (e.g., parking, tolls). Payment is due at signing and accepted via credit/debit card, cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.


Notary/Loan Signing Agent Services:
Prices vary based on pages, notarizations, and travel distance. Contact us for a quote.


Other Services:
- Fingerprinting = $30.00 for the first fingerprint card, $15.00 for each additional.
- Field Inspection = $20.00 minimum.
- I-9 Verification = $10.00 minimum. 
- Courier (document drop-off) = $5.00 minimum.

NOTE:  mileage fee applies to "Other Services" in which distance traveled is greater than 10 miles.


Discounts:
A 10% discount is offered to teachers, healthcare workers, military personnel, and first responders. Customers must inform us of eligibility and present valid credentials. Discount valid only on the day of service and limited to one use per day.
